Lindsey, a certified athletic trainer, holds certifications in nutrition coaching, Barbell Rehab, and yoga instruction. She is devoted to her family and to fostering a healthy lifestyle for herself and them. Lindsey believes that individual health and wellness are ultimately shaped by habits and choices, and she is passionate about helping others cultivate their ideal healthy life. Guided by the principle "movement is medicine," she aims to empower individuals to realize their full, healthy potential, one choice at a time.
